Floorplans
Construction is complete on our new Phase III condos. There are 20 select units in this phase (10 on each side of Main Street) that adjoin the existing buildings. Building B extension units are located above Bath and Body Works, Justice and Sunglass Hut. Building G extension units are located above Julie's Boutique, Francesca's and Eddie Bauer. These units are unique and were designed based on client feedback from our first two phases. The units in Phase III are two bedroom plans with open kitchens, high ceilings, spacious living areas, large balconies, and an emphasis on the relation of outdoor space to the streetscape below.
